High-frequency hardening is a method of hardening the surface layer of a metal material using high-frequency current. High-frequency current generates eddy currents on the surface of the metal material, and these eddy currents generate heat to heat the surface layer of the metal material. The heated surface layer of the metal material is hardened as it cools rapidly.

  • Excellent surface hardening effect

High-frequency hardening has an excellent surface hardening effect because it focuses on heating and cooling only the surface layer of the metal material.

  • Less deformation

High-frequency hardening has less deformation because it does not heat the interior of the metal material.

  • Wide range of applications

High-frequency hardening can be applied to a variety of metal materials.

High-frequency hardening is used in the following areas:

  • Automotive parts

High-frequency hardening is used to improve the resistance of automotive parts to wear, fatigue, and corrosion.

  • Industrial machinery parts

High-frequency hardening is used to improve the durability of industrial machinery parts.

  • Precision machine parts

High-frequency hardening is used to improve the surface quality of precision machine parts.
